as we can initiate the building of a package from a cronjob by passing the username and password, this should also work for building a project.

eg.

tbitscredentials=tbits.net/secret
wget -O /dev/null http://lbs.solidcharity.com/triggerbuildproject/tbits.net/kolab-nightly/centos/6/amd64/$tbitscredentials
