In early scenes (piano quest, etc) the fairy sparkles when she talks, and flies towards points of interest. However, these haven't been set up throughout the whole game yet.
Fairy sparkles
To make the fairy sparkle, add the #showSparkles tag after her first line of Ink dialog. Use the #hideSparkles tag after her last line to make it stop.
While you're in there, maybe check out #451 for the fairy voice tag that's missing in a few places.
Points of interest
On the Fairy object, look for the FairyFollow script. Change the Size field to a number, for however many points of interest you want to add. Drag an object into each of the new fields it creates.
