Help us Dustin, you're our only hope!

[ ] Pages should stay gone after you pick'em up, even when you return to a scene (example: piano page in house)
[ ] Set up books and pages on farm
[ ] Set up books and pages in town

Pretty sure there aren't any books in town interiors....
