Make scarecrow a little less tall #477

The ! quest icon appears in the same location relative to an NPC's height, so tall characters - like the Scarecrow - end up with the icon covering their face:

If the scarecrow could be just a bit shorter, the icon would be in a better spot!

I cut the scarecrow into two sprites so the exclamation point looks better but when it triggers that timeline there are now two scarecrows??

Just played through and there wasn't double of him this time so... fixed?
