Blobby Kernel: Fix Internal Bluetooth on Veyron boards #308

This was only tested on my Asus C201 but it should work on other Veyron boards. Fixes the hard crash that occurs when trying to load hci_uart.

@peter-marshall5 is this with the blobby kernel and built in bt, or a usb bluetooth device. I'm assuming the built in bt, but I would be happier if the commit specified.
