When editting a custom query with extra options and removing these options while editting, the edit UI will appear OK, but the object still has the extra options. The functionalities will also stay. So it is is not correctly editted.
This is due to the way a query is updated, the query from before gets merged with the changes, but if something is removed, it will not override the existing options and thus it wil remain.
