Add wandboard (quad) support #29

This adds support for the wandboard (quad). I tested it on the quad rev B, other revisions and versions might work too.

I added the dts from wandboard-org/linux@225fbd6 plus some of the following patches from the wandboard-org/linux repo. I also improved the rfkill driver to correctly reset the broadcom wifi/bt chip on boot.

Could you rebase this pull on the lastest tree. Sorry for getting to it so late. I will definitely get to it more promptly this time.
