Litography? #78

What lithography is the lx2160a built on? I searched its documentation for info concerning it, and just couldn't find it.

Well... I mean SolidRun is an implementation of NXP's processors, so probably not the right place to ask.. but google shows me this chip is based on 16nm FinFET Coretex-A72 process.

Okay, thank you. Was asking to know if overlooking with higher voltages will be worth it without killing the chip, since broadcoms bcm 2711 is based on a 28nm finfet process! And still takes over voltages beyond measure!.. Thanks again.
