Missing Hailo Python Libraries #18

I can't seem to import any Hailo python libraries for the Full or Demo builds. I haven't tried the minimal build.

The libraries aren't missing but are unavailable on kirkstone.

hailort 4.17.0 user guide:

10.2.3. Pyhailort Hailo’s python API. The recipe compiles pyhailort shared object, unpacks the python directory, and uses setuptools to install into >python/site­packages on the target device’s root file system. The recipe depends on all the python recipes under meta­hailo/recipes­python/. Note: pyhailort is not supported on Hardknott and later versions.
