The topmost board is bowed up from the table. You can flex it down by hand. This is a major problem for projects requiring even remotely precise work in the z coordinate.
Replacing the uppermost "patch" layer is quick and cheap, but we ought to consider spending the time and money to replace the underlying plywood/MDF stack.
I propose that we schedule a refurbish date in the next few weeks or months. With a few volunteers, it should go quickly. Should be a two-stage process.

This was done in Summer of 2020, however it may need to be flattened again after the move this week.
The MDF wasteboard is pretty well used up.
Before replacing, Jacob would like to get the ShopBot moved out from the wall 18-24".
We'll need to purchase a 4' x 8' MDF sheet, either 1/2" or 3/4".
