Fix "疫" #25

As title says, the "疫" is seems unusual without 2 dots in the left

Hi, can you post some images before and after modification?

If possible, can you not modify FONT -FontForge-* in PR? Did you fix this bug and it disappeared?

Oh, i changed that in the first commit, but i restored it in the second commit https://github.com/SolidZORO/zpix-pixel-font/pull/25/files you can check the actual change here
