Adjust caffeine effects #14

Some were multiplied by breathVolumeMultiplier for no reason

The effects were too much, even more than cocaine. https://psychonautwiki.org/wiki/Caffeine#Subjective_effects

The breathVolumeMultiplier is 1 for caffeine and 0 for sugar. It's there so the sugar drug can me made silent.
