Flying Race Mana Regen Nerf A Bit Too Extreme #431

So, In The Most Recent Version Of Unicopia, Flying Races Do Not Recover Mana Whilst Mid-Air, Making It Impossible To Stay Airborne Literally Forever By Clicking V Once In A While... However, This Is Implemented A Little Too Aggressively, As Just Falling Off One Block Or Jumping One Block Halts The Regeneration For A Moment, Making It Take Longer Than It Should.

What's Worse Is That It Just Doesn't Regenerate While Swimming. Ever. You Basically Need To Hope There's A Block Somewhere Close To The Surface Or You're Gonna Have To Go Full Scuba Horse And Stand On The Ocean Floor, Which I Don't Need To Explain How That's Not Ideal. Heck, If You're A Batpony And Can't Use Clouds, A Unicorn Outspeeds You By Just Teleporting A Ton.

What? First, Why On Earth Should Mana Regen Be Frozen When Swimming? You Aren't Flying, You Aren't Doing Some Game Breaking Exploit, You're Holding Space In The Water To Not Drown, It Basically Punishes You For Having Self-Preservation In Mind. Even In One-Block Tall Waters, You Move At Speed Of Snail When Just Walking So You Have To Hold Space And- Oops, No Regen Now.

Second, If You Are On The Ground And Are Distinctly Not Flying And Haven't Been Flying Recently, Why On Earth Should You Be Punished For Running Down Or Jumping Up A Hill? The Regen Is Halted No Matter How Small The Airtime, And Falling Down/Jumping Up A Block Just So Happens To Give You Very Limited Airtime, So It Also Just Punishes You For Walking On Uneven Terrain, Also Known As 90% Of Minecraft.

Third, Higher Levels Don't Even Fix This Because You Still Have To Wait For Your Mana To Regen Sometimes, It Just Makes It More Infrequent. But It Also Makes The Waits Longer, Because Mana Regen Doesn't Scale With Mana Cap, So It's Still The Same Exact Issue.

It Basically Forces You To Stand Still And Not Play Temporarily As The Most Mobile Race In The Game, That's Like Stunning A Scout In TF2 For Reloading.

I Don't Mean To Come Off- Well, Mean, But This Is Your Argument To Prove Why My Complaint Is Invalid? This Feels More Like A Total Dismissal Rather Than Actually Countering It, It Feels Like You Read The Title And Ignored The Rest.
