Behold! The Pancake Cloud, In All It's Glory! image So Clouds Can Gen At Any Height Above Vanilla Cloud Height It Looks Like, Yet Also Attempt To Gen Higher Than They're Allowed To. This Results In This Joke Of A Cloud Sometimes, And Generally Weird Harsh Cut-offs. honestly, patching this then adding an incredibly small chance for a pancake cloud genning anyways as an easter egg would be funny.
