Added brief explanation of how the project was initiated. The intent is to clarify that this project is not administered or sponsored directly by SoloLearn.

@rrajnish35 I don't think we've decided yet. They're collecting ideas and relevant info on the questionnaire spreadsheet on the wiki at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1P8FZugpY_3ptmNOru4OzhIrZtcg1_BjxyZDc6CEsTok/edit#gid=889025601. (see Questionnaire and Ideas tabs)
