@rkr090 I'm running into the same issue with ruby 3, would love to have it fixed. why closing this PR?

@moirazz I think the gem is unmaintained, the last commit was in 2019.

Hello @rkr090 have you perhaps find an independent way to make it compatible with ruby_v3? Would you please be open to share a link or few pointers. thank you!
