Nice! I will merge now, but I have a couple of thoughts:

Good work on the CI refactoring. Ideally, nx-python-poetry would do things more similarly to how Nx manages JS/TS projects, though. We could have one pyproject.toml in the root, and the executors would set paths up correctly when running a specific app. This will take some time to figure out though, and I think we can continue without it for now.
Now that we have 2 apps, it will be especially important to be able to split code into shared libs. I will think about how to handle this, it will require some more work on nx-python-poetry.
