Page can become its own parent #118

When you do a 'move pages' you can set the parent of the page as itself. If
you do this then the page (and any sub-pages) will be removed from the list
under the pages tab.

You should probably stop the page you're moving from being selected in move
pages screen.

Version 1.8.1 creates this issue (not tried on any other version)

This is solved with r568 in the unofficial 1.9 version
