No translation for the language

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install fresh digitalus from svn last revision (614)
2. Go to admin -> site -> Internationalization
3. it should be english/english, click update internationalization settings 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected normal output but on the front-end i see
Notice: No translation for the language 'en' available. in
/var/www/mydigitaluspath/library/Zend/Translate/Adapter.php on line 335

on admin on pages section i see the same notice.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Last svn revision

Please provide any additional information below.
I check the data saved on database on the data table.
I solved the problem with both of this:

1) erasing <admin_language>en</admin_language>
2) you can set for example italian/italian or any other supported language
(but not english) and the problem is solved

The problem is in the 'english.form.cvs'
The head info was wrong, there are no 2 section as expected. That's why it give 
error.
I attach the fixed language file :)

There must at least one translation in a csv file - that was the problem
