Support for Media Attribute with CSS Stylesheets in Digitalus_Builder_Action_Design

Hi Guys,

I had to build a site-design that included a print stylesheet. I don't
believe the pages xml syntax supports this, so I've added it to
Digitalus_Builder_Action_Design::setStyles().

I've attached a patch to this issue. I wasn't sure where to send enhancements.

thanks for Your suggestion.

I prefer to switch different media types within the css file itself via the 
@media
keyword.
Nevertheless, I will add Your patch to the v1.9 svn tree.

P.S.: This is the right place for Your patch. When inserting a bug report You 
can
chose which type it is of, e.g. "Enhancement"
