Game lags second level. Unplayable lag. #7

Hey So I got this mod installed it the game client works perfect and everything is perfect for the first stage and then going into the second stage the game client begins to lag and so badly so that you can't loot move or look in any direction. I minimize the game client to use deck top and all other apps and programs are running fine no temp issues with HDD, GPU, CPU. Just seems to be an issue with the add-on for sure. Any recommendations?

I have that problem too, my solution is that I downloaded Dnspy and use it to open Assamble-Csharp.dll and use the "Do it yourself" part codes to replace original codes. And then It works perfectly.
