The Print button fails -- if you click it, you just get an error popup:
The Export-to-PDF link works just fine (there are some issues with the formatting of the resultant PDF's content, and I've filed issue #1045 about that, but the PDF export itself is clearly working).
Since Export-to-PDF works, is there any reason we need a Print link at all? I'm inclined to just get rid of it everywhere -- both on the provider side and on the admin side -- and just offer Export-to-PDF (there are some places where Export-to-PDF has issues itself, as described in issue #1014, but that's a separate matter and doesn't affect the question of whether or not we should just get rid of Print).
From a provider's home page (I logged in with p1/p1 and went to https://demo.psm.solutionguidance.com/cms/provider/dashboard/), all pending applications are shown, and under the Action column are separate links to Print and to Export To PDF.

See Zulip chat conversation about this. Consensus is: let's get rid of Print.
