PR #1003 renamed "enrollment" to "application" throughout the PSM. As part of the code review, some questions came up about wording in the UI. We decided to open this issue to address those. See the code review of PR #1003 for some instances where the language in the UI needs revision. In general it would be good to audit the PSM and its user help docs to find any other instances where the wording using 'application' could use tweaking.
