As @cecilia-donnelly mentions in issue #181 (comment):
providers can't edit their user information within the PSM. When providers navigate to "My Profile," they don't see their entered information and don't have any way to edit it. See @jcunard's screenshots on the list. I'd argue that at least for now, until we have SSO, users should be able to edit their account information within the PSM.
