I don't know why, but using the latest code from the dev branch, Symphony thinks that this extension requires Symphony 2.5.

Are you running 2.4 ?

I think 2.4 has a bug: It can't recognize when an extension is compatible across multiple minor version (here it's 2.4 through 2.5)

With 2.5beta2, I do not have that behavior

michael-e commented 10 years ago

Strange, I am also running Symphony 2.5.0beta2.

nitriques commented 10 years ago

Weird...

michael-e commented 10 years ago

I am using the latest Symphony code from integration. Maybe the bug has been re-introduced? Do you remember where it was?

nitriques commented 10 years ago

I have no idea... I my running copy of beta2 is like 2 weeks old...

michael-e commented 10 years ago

Just did some tests.

Definitely a bug in Symphony. I will post it on the issue tracker.

nitriques commented 10 years ago

Great find. I think you should ping @nilshoerrmann on that.

michael-e commented 10 years ago

Posted.

I will phone Nils anyway, so I can ping him directly. :-)

nitriques commented 10 years ago

You lucky guy!

michael-e commented 10 years ago

Yes, I am, it's always a pleasure to talk to Nils!

nitriques commented 10 years ago

For sure. I did enjoy being able to chat on skype with him.

nilshoerrmann commented 10 years ago

Don't ping or phone me. I'm hiding under a stone.

michael-e commented 10 years ago

LOL

michael-e commented 10 years ago

This problem has been tracked in the Symphony repo, so I am closing this.
