The Soluto/RadixTree repository was depublished from NuGet some time ago, which means that Tweek currently depends on an unpublished and deprecated NuGet library.
This change copies RadixTree into the Tweek.Engine library as an internal class. RadixTree is not used anywhere outside of this one reference.
