This could be really simple for the time being - a dropdown with available therapists, a button, and text that appears to copy and paste.

In the short term, this is going to have to be achieved with TherapistChoiceId. Eventually that can be swapped out for the unique therapist id. Will need to ensure that said id can't be used to make it easier for ppl to log in to therapists' accounts or dashboards.
