So, we've discussed it more or less on a meeting. Probably best to wait for the coming final design draft.

1. Map widget and bottom drag sheet like in buildings tab (resuse as much possible - you can refactor if it's needed)
2. New tile for parking
3. Use my iparking data and domain layer (wait for the merge of this PR)
4. Tile when focused looks a bit different and have a chart
