Parkings map final design [Mobile-24]&[Mobile-36]

• Final design for iparking feature: #55
  • extracted common parts with building maps to /lib/features/map_view/
  • feature-specific implementations of map views are in /lib/features/iparking/ and /lib/features/buildings_map/
  • moved chart feature to /lib/features/iparking_chart/
  • design according to current figma, some small future design changes are highly probable: parkings markers, maybe arrows instead of dashes(?)
