Updated Link titles and subtitles to be more clean and direct
Fix: added padding for better centering on top Link on mobile layout
Added more margin between link titles and subtitles
Redid the hover style, bg and border, for light and dark mode on Links. Aiming for 'clean' and slightly material card design, not too heavy or solid.
