Troubles Running the Example Code #23

Dear Somayah,

I hope things are going well; first, thank you for having this repository up, I really appreciate it.

I am currently trying to do some splice site prediction tests and decided to run the code in Google Colaboratory.

Rather than setting up an Anaconda env. in Colab, I just installed the requirements.txt file through pip3.

Here is my process. The error I get is a KeyError.
