[Bug]Crash upon putting item in smelter. #43

Game crashes upon putting item in an ender smelter, happened both in singleplayer and on a server. I believe its some sort of issue with Polymorph? but I'm not an expert. Happened when I put iron in the smelter and also ender dust.
