[1.16.5 major gen bug] Biome generation is not generating BNR biomes in old worlds + Return of the No vanilla biomes generating in new worlds? #42

its kind of ironic that I posted about not seing any of the original vanilla biomes with this mod present, and now its the opposite case. using the same methods as before ./findbiome and the nature compass) I am unable to locate any of the mods added biomes in the generation for some unforseen reason the only mods that I have that I can think of that alter the nether are the following

INfernal Expasion Nether's Delight quark Biomes O plenty

Note: while the biomes are not generating, other such generation such as the scalactites and even passing a nether farm gererated with BN-R generated, its just the biomes for some reason

I have an idea taht might point ot the issue,i

ill post any updates / discoveries that I might find wtih this issue

I think I pinpointed the issue

it seems that when your using BOP, it will only use its generation if you choose that world gen, UNLESS you have this setting in their config set to false image

doing this seems to have fixxed the issue, in theory, I still need to rrun more test to confirm it, but if it is, then the sollution would be sto intigrate these biomes into BOP biome generation

(sorry for mistakes, sleepy rn)

its either this, some other issue, or that it wont work on already pre-existing worlds

Update: it seems that the new biomes wont generate in existing worlds form my end, recreating the world via the recreate option does not fix this option as well, the only way to fis this to were they are gennerating is the following

set BOP_nether config (as shown above) to false

create a new world (dont recreate the world, this for some reason will still not generate the biomes added; meaning existing words where this mod was not present wont generate them)

ok in the new world I made, the geneation is happening but now the biomes of vanilla are not generation again

I wonder if it has todo with the mod Biomefix mod setting the biome values for the vanilla nether high? idk tbh

in addion, it seems that not any of the biomes except for a few are still generating for some reason as stated in #41
