Could you create a phone image for tel: links?

Hey @JDomleo ,

You can already add images next to links via cusom css and images. Please have a look at: https://css-tricks.com/the-current-state-of-telephone-links/ .

I will mark this as an enhancement here, though, as tel links seems to be interesting for other people as well.
