Upstream integration? #8

Hi, I find that per-page theme is a pretty useful feature. Given that the implementation itself seems quite lean and that it didn't needed update since 2016, I wonder if there have been any attempt to upstream the feature?

Wouldn't Grav benefit from having this out-of-the-box?
