Added support for some user name schemes not following default mercurial of 'Full Name email@address' - for me it's 'full.name' inherited from earlier svn repositories.

Do you confirm that apart from this issue the plugin is working properly? I would like to perform the release but didn't get any feedback on SonarQube user/dev mailing lists.
