Updated French Language stuff as per justin's client.
Updated Dockerfile to properly link storage volume with relative root off customer_portal directory and mapped certbot logging directory so renewal logs can be examined (stored in /root/customer_portal/storage/logs/letsencrypt/)
In testing this, I modded the entrypoint loop time to 1 minute and sent output to the log directory and verified the loop is working as expected and certificate renewals are working.
