1.7.10 Flawless Greenhouse won't replant magical crops

• Description: The Flawless Greenhouse is growing and harvesting magical crops just fine. But it won't replant the seeds. We've gotten it to work will all other crops just fine. Almost 1000 carrots in just a few minutes. We added the magical crops mod 1.7.10 to the Golden Cobblestone modpack.

Can confirm that this issue is also present in Minecraft 1.12 and the most recent releases of SonarCore and Calculator. Details below:

All non-vanilla seeds are consumed by the greenhouse. Crop output is generated (for Mystical Agriculture, this is say, Inferium and Fertilized Essence), but seeds never make it to storage, aren't replanted, and don't reappear in the Greenhouse seed inventory.
