Add a tolerance too CMYK Colour Seperation #101

From discord: "Would it be possible to have a "tolerance" configuration on CMYK color separation to make "almost" black become full black? A lot of times black is not fully black and this result of a lot of "wasted" ink since most of the time the resulting plot would just look black. Sorry, this is hard to explain, let me share some images to explain what I mean" - xfedex

Added 'Clean Black' and 'Clean White' in v1.6.6
