Feature proposal: canvas colour #22

Hi Ollie, This proposed feature adds the ability to select a background colour for the drawing, via a colour picker in the Drawing Area pane. Includes canvas colour support for PDF/SVG/Image/Animation export. Let me know if this has the potential to be of any use or interest, or if there is anything here that you might prefer to implement differently. Best, Hanz
