This branch is to replace master after review is completed (with cleaned commits).

What's included:

New command line parsing: -source and -target path params instead of many args
Gradle build
Simpler installation and usage (see README)
New ITs that verify some failure conditions
- All failing at the moment, until main functionality is implemented
- More ITs will be added with #4

Note: the actual migration functionality is not included.
