Refactoring azure devops powershell script #32

  1. Fixed issue with long file path when cloning repository
  2. Fixed some variable naming and typos
  3. Duplicated code related to deleting files/ folders moved to separate method
  4. Fixed issue with not deleting cloned repos when nothing to do
  5. Fixed issue with printing our minimum lines of code instead of maximum.
