Fixing the Czech translation of "disconnect". #64

odpojeno == disconnected odpojit == disconnect

The JuiceSSH notification in the Android notification drawer shows (what translates to) "disconnected". This creates confusion: Why am I disconnected? What went wrong? It turns out that this is in fact a clickable link / button one can use to disconnect. It is not an announcement that the session has disconnected. :smile:

Does this really have to be pending for 4 months? The translation (in a paid app) is still utterly wrong. This is quite discouraging for users and contributors, to be honest.

A friendly ping. The app is great, but it would be even greater if it didn't rape my mother tongue. :grin:
