MP3 Bit rate conversion #197

Hello, I have a question about converting mp3 from one bit rate to another.

My music library is in 320kbps and I listen at home with VLC. But when I'm outside, I use sonerezh over 4g network. To conserve mobile data, I want to reduce the bit rate from 320 to 128/192kbps.

Now saving settings fails with the message "try to convert mp3 to mp3". Is there a reason to prevent this?
