Adding 'de' Locale to AppController and adding default.po with German translation of the web interface

As explained in #297, the sonerezh devs have stopped working on this version of sonerezh. They are apparently working on a better, completely different version. But we haven't heard a lot from them and, in the meantime, the current version of sonerezh is getting more and more dust.

Fortunately, @gs11's fork has a lot of improvements already and, although I'm not fond of splitting the community, I can only but strongly suggest to use @gs11's fork. Until the sonerezh devs merge his PR or give him write access to the repo.
