No warning or undo command for `clear` command

If I wrongly used the clear command, all data will be lost.

Team's Response

This is the intended user of the clear command. Most users will not need to use the clear command except maybe at the start of using ClinicAssistant when sample data is loaded and they want to clear it. This use case is why we chose to keep this feature in our application. In most cases, users will not have to use it and we do not have any commands that are even close to spelling of the clear command. Therefore, we believe that this is a very rare and specific case that will not happen.
