copyright waiver page doesn't exist #4

When going to https://www.clahub.com/agreements/Songbee/desktop to look at the copyright waiver as instructed in CONTRIBUTING.md, I get a 404.

The page you were looking for doesn't exist.

You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.

@ungoldman Nice catch. I was trying out various services like CLAHub and the CLA assistant and think we'll stick with the latter — I'll set it up later today and update CONTRIBUTING.md accordingly. Thank you!
