Resolves the issue #29 . This pull request will introduce units tests (using Pytest) in the code to ensure stability, reliability and easy catch up of bugs. Previously the code did not have any testing functions.

Thanks @SoniaBarasa, it might be good to delete requirements.txt from this PR, as you can add this file as part of PR #32.
