500 Server Error while installing the Theme. #5

Hi, I installed paymenter on my Local Raspberry Pi running on Ubuntu CLI OS Details: Distributor ID: Ubuntu Description: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS Release: 22.04 Codename: jammy

After applying the theme exactly as mentioned, i get a 500 Server Error on my Paymenter Panel. Even After running the vite.js It runs smoothly, vite.js completes its thing in around 7 seconds.

But when i select the theme from the Settings, i get Absolutely No Output.. 500 Server Error on Every Page...

Logs folder is clear, there arent any logs registered on this issue too..

I rly need help..

Hi @brahmtej2009, I added you on Discord so we can chat directly. What's your Node.js version? No old Node.js versions are supported. I see you're using Ubuntu 22.04 which, by default, installs the outdated version 12.22.9. The installer script requires Node.js version 22.8.0.

The script ran successfully ig but the theme didnt get activated.. it still shows the 500 error. image1 image2

I took a closer look in the logs and the script. found out that the manifest.json Which paymenter expects to be at /var/www/paymenter/public/voslintheme/

Was actually in /var/www/paymenter/public/voslintheme/.vite/

It got all fixed after copying the file from .vite to the previous folder cp manifest.json ../

From what i see rn, everything seems to work rly well.. il let you know if i face any issues 👍

@brahmtej2009 i have to reproduce that. I wil correct the install script and manual installation steps on readme.md
