Playing with subtitles crashes the application. [C2-12828-1] #15

I got a PSVita recently and found a way to play my favourite films offline and on the go. I got it to work with a down-scaled version of my all-time favourite, "Shaun of the Dead," but after putting in the subtitles (a .srt) file, it now crashes; it works on my computer (VLC,) so I don't know why. I like to know how to fix it before I start down-scaling all my other favourites. Another thing, but not necessary, is whether it is possible to have the subtitles in a folder like "subs" or "subtitles?" Many thanks.

I'll upload the crash file and the subtitles (it'll be a text file cause GitHub doesn't support that file.)

My bad, it's called a "saved core file succeeded?" I don't know much about PSVita home-brewing.

I found a solution with the media importer, but you need to hard-code it.
